M Ajay Jenix is 28 years old Indian Author, he writes for The New Indian Society. He is pursuing his MDP program in HR Management & Analytics from IIM Calicut, he did his postgraduation in MBA (International Business & Marketing) from Amity University and graduation in Mechanical Engineering from SRM Easwari Engineering College. He possess organizational experience from seven different organizations where he contributed for Nuclear Power corporation of India, Wheels India Private Limited, Ashok Leyland, Jaquar lighting, Integrated Tech9labs, Centilytics & Industry Atom between the time period 2015 to 2023.

He received Young India Achiever Award from The Human Circle (New Delhi), he was awarded 1st place for his paper "US - China trade war and its Impact on BRICS Nations" presented in Amity International Business Summit. He was honored with Shri Baljit Shastri Award by Amity University (Noida) for good human values and academic excellence during his MBA.

To serve for Indian Nation he withdrew from STEM Master's program offer of 65% scholarship along with work opportunity from United States

He was also known for his leadership contributions for human welfare organizations like Youth Red Cross & Interact Club during his university studies & schooling, he was topper of the batch during his secondary schooling & worked as school pupil leader during the same time
