After our independence "Lushai hills" region was administered under the government of Assam, later the Lushai hills district was given union territory status in 1972 with new name "Mizoram" and it became full-fledged state in 1986

  1. Legislation of effective laws by global organizations like United nations to deal with refugees & illegal immigrants will be way forward. Considering solutions like Voluntary Repatriation, Resettlement and Integration based on feasibility of the nation to spend time, efforts & give care for the additional population

  2. The primary cause for loss of soil nutrients & impact in balance of soil is the practice of Mono-cropping. Adopting the methods of crop-rotation & organic farming helps to add nutrients to the soil

  3. Improving access to health care system, Nutrition education, early detection & intervention and nutrition supplementation for infants & pregnant women will help to reduce the issues of mal-nutrition
