Which countries share maritime borders borders with India | The New Indian Society

Maritime boundaries are measured based on United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). India became party to this convention in 1995, based on this convention India shares maritime borders with seven countries and they are as follows

  1. Pakistan

  2. Maldives

  3. Sri Lanka

  4. Indonesia

  5. Thailand

  6. Myanmar

  7. Bangladesh
